With 30 years’ work experience in projects’ development and execution, both at private and public businesses, Esteban has been working at the firm since a young age until becoming Senior Partner in Chief.

He has worked as an adviser for varied renowned international companies, among them John Deer, for which he has worked in many opportunities devising strategic plans for projects. He also manages a supplier position for YPF S.A., where he assesses and develops design and direction of building sites, such as fuel stations, each with its own intricate complexities and specificities. Moreover, as he performs the task of Asset Protection, Physical and Computer Security Manager in Banco Municipal de Rosario, Esteban attends numerous cybercrime prevention courses.

Leadership and teamwork have been the pillars of Esteban’s formal education and professional development. He has acquired these defining characteristics by investing his efforts in diverse spare-time activities.

He is part of the board of directors in two of the most well-known sports clubs in Rosario. He acts as advisor and board member in Club Universitario de Rosario, where he played Rugby for years. In Jockey Club de Rosario, he performs as president of the Swimming department. In this role, he encourages competitive swimming as a sport, and scuba-diving lessons.

He is himself a Master Scuba-diver NAUI, and, having a sailing licence, he has participated in numerous boat races along the years.  A few years ago, he was certified as a VFR Private Plane Pilot, which has brought many opportunities for him to act as advisor in varied development projects for Rosario’s International Airport.
